Stephen and Denise have been working together to build a company that is known for it's quality not it's size. Trying to be the biggest has never been our philosophy. Stephen J. Langley, President
Stephen's experience is multi-faceted and spans over three decades. His passion for creating the highest quality projects in the commercial, industrial and exclusive residential market has gained him a reputation in the industry that is second to none. Stephen has chosen to remain as the Senior Superintendent. This insures that his "0" punch list philosophy is maintained. He also has experience in all sub trades and is able to ensure the quality of the entire project. When you hire Stephen Langley Construction you get Stephen Langley.
Stephen serves on the Goffstown Economic Development committee, and on the Building and Grounds Committee for the Greater Manchester Y.
Denise B. Langley, Executive Vice President
Denise's experience in the business spans over two decades and she quickly gains respect of Owner's and colleagues due to her knowledge in administration, project management, safety and passion for the highest quality work available. Her role in the company as controller and project manager enables her to foster the high quality product in which Langley Construction is known for. Denise is LEED A.P. and has shown a love and protection for the environment long before sustainability was fashionable.
Denise serves on the Goffstown Rails to Trail Committee, Chair of the Allard Center Y's advisory board, and a Trustee for the Greater Manchester Y.
Trevor S. Langley, Vice President, Superintendent
Trevor at a young age has accomplished more than most of us do in a life time. Trevor's passion for the construction business dates back to when he was very young, spending his summers on the construction site. He is now a graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering and is a member of the Francis Crowe Society.
Trevor is currently on leave from Langley Construction, serving his Country as an officer in the United States Marine Corp. Even with his demanding schedule in the military he keeps in communication with what is going on in the company and provides feedback in the direction the company is going. Trevor's lifetime of construction experience, passion for God and Country and his ability to lead make him a force to be reckoned with in all his future endeavors.
