About Langley Construction
Stephen and Denise have been working together to build a company that is known for its quality, not its size. Trying to be the biggest has never been their philosophy; slow growth and high-quality are far more important attributes. With this philosophy, Langley Construction has been able to balance business, family, and community in order to continue a legacy that two children can build upon and that they can all be proud of.
Stephen J. Langley, President
Stephen's experience is multi-faceted and spans over three decades. His passion for creating the highest quality projects in the commercial, industrial and exclusive residential market has gained him a reputation in the industry that is second to none.
Stephen has chosen to remain as the Senior Superintendent. This insures that his "0" punch list philosophy is maintained. He also has experience in all sub trades and is able to ensure the quality of the entire project. When you hire Stephen Langley Construction you get Stephen Langley.
Stephen serves on the Goffstown Economic Development committee as Chair, is a Stake Holder in the Metro Center, and serves on the Building and Grounds Committee for the Greater Manchester Y.
Denise B. Langley, Executive Vice President
Denise's experience in the business spans over two decades and she quickly gains the respect of owners and colleagues due to her knowledge in administration, project management, safety and passion for the highest quality work available. Her role in the company as controller and project manager enables her to foster the high-quality product in which Langley Construction is known for. Denise is LEED A.P. and showed a love and protection for the environment long before sustainability was fashionable.
Denise serves on the Goffstown Rails to Trail Committee, Chair of Trustees of Granite Y, Zoning Board of Adjustment alternate in Town of Goffstown, and a Trustee for the Greater Manchester Y.
Trevor S. Langley, Vice President, Superintendent
Trevor at a young age has accomplished more than most of us do in a lifetime. Trevor's passion for the construction business dates back to when he was very young, spending his summers on the construction site. He is a graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering and is a member of the Francis Crowe Society.
In 2014 Trevor returned home from serving our country as an Infantry Commander in the United States Marine Corp. Since his return Trevor's first project is heading up a 61,250 square foot, two-level climate-controlled self-storage facility on Mast Road in Goffstown. The project involves extensive site work on the 4.6 acres and will open in the spring of 2015. Trevor's lifetime of construction experience, passion for our Country and his ability to lead make him a force to be reckoned with in all his future endeavors.

God Bless all who serve our Country.
"I had the pleasure of working with Stephen and Denise Langley on a very unique remodeling project for our company. Stephen and Denise met every challenge with confidence and a can-do spirit. Every phase of the job was completed with quality and professionalism. Price and scheduling were always a primary concern and the Langley's attention to those two items are second to none. I recommend anyone in need of their services to give them an opportunity to make you and your company shine."
- Tom Smith, Property Manager at Copart Inc.
"Our relationship with Langley Construction Company is approaching twenty years. From interior finish work to the construction of manufacturing and warehouse space, they have done it all for us. Stephen Langley and his management have a proven track record of top performance, competitive pricing, and quality workmanship."
- George H. Evards, President of G.H. Evarts & Co., Inc.
"In 2000, Langley Construction was the contractor for the development of Bonneville and Son 38,000 square foot Dealership. Since the bid was awarded to Langley Construction, the owners and managers of Bonneville and Son have not ever had an opportunity to regret their decision. The building has always, and still gets the highest marks from Bonneville and Son customers and Chrysler representatives on its curb appeal, accessibility, and professional appearance. More importantly, Mr. Langley has maintained his accessibility and communication whenever a question has been raised in relation to the facility. To this day, 13 years after construction was completed, he still personally comes to the store to answer questions or assist with repairs. In a day when all we hear about is shoddy work and lack of communication, he maintains a reputation second to none."
- John S. Berry, General Manager at Bonneville and Son, Inc.
